How Does the UCEP Work?

    You provide desired campaign specifics including region/location and/or health plan for members in HealPros database.

    Members are organized into geographic clusters. Your custom proposal will include recommended number of clusters as well as members in each cluster.

    UCEP fees are inclusive of travel, assessed in addition to contracted completion fee and are based on scheduled appointments.

  • 4

    When the proposal approved, a HealPros change order document will be provided for execution by client and HealPros.

  • 5

    HealPros will schedule appointments and deploy Care Access Pros to complete the program. Door hangers are utilized for appointment verification.

  • 6

    UCEPs use the same reporting as our standard program: Advocate Report, Outreach Disposition Report and Invoicing Report.
